Unless otherwise specified, the Awardee’s Cooperative Agreement covers a five-year project period. In approving a multi-year project period, the Corporation generally makes an initial award for the first year of operation. Additional funding is contingent upon satisfactory performance and the availability of funds. The project period and the budget period are noted on the Notice of Grant Award.
