For the Initial Term of the Agreement, Concessionaire shall pay Department a minimum Concession Payment of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

CONCESSION PAYMENT AND INCREASE. A. In recognition of recent events surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), to provide Concessionaire with greater financial flexibility, Concessionaire shall pay Department a Concession Payment of One Hundred and Fifty ($150.00) Dollars for the Period of Operation during the first (1st) calendar year of the Initial Term set forth in Subparagraph 7(A), in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted. The Concession Payment for the Period of Operation during the second (2nd) calendar year of the Initial Term set forth in Subparagraph 7(A), shall be the amount submitted by bidder equal to or greater than the minimum bid amount of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars and shall be paid in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Rent Increases The Rent payable shall not be increased or otherwise modified during the Term of this Lease. Any increase in Rent shall only take effect after the expiration of the Term provided in this Lease. Any increase in Rent to take effect upon renewal or extension of the Term of this Lease must be preceded by a - day notice of the same from the Landlord to the Tenant.

  • Rent Payments Xxxxxx agrees to pay rent to the Landlord during the term of this Lease in equal monthly installments of $975, which shall be paid on or before the first day of the month. Xxxxxx agrees that if rent is not paid in full on or before 1st day of the month, Tenant will pay a late charge of $97.50 as allowed by applicable Georgia law.The prorated rent from the commencement of this Lease to the first day of the following month is $975, which amount shall be paid at the execution of this Lease. Xxxxxx agrees that rent shall be paid in lawful money of the United States via the Xxxxx Residents App. Rent payments shall be made payable to and mailed or delivered to the following address: P.O. Box 17942 Atlanta, GA 30316. All notices from Tenant to Landlord under this Lease and applicable Georgia law shall be delivered to the above address. Xxxxxx agrees that rent will be deemed paid only once Landlord or Landlord’s agent receives the rent monies, either by mail or by delivery to the above address. If there are multiple Tenants signed to this Lease, all such Tenants are jointly, severally and individually bound by, and liable under, the terms and conditions of this Lease. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.

  • Tax Increment Financing The Redevelopment Agreement provides for the capture of the Tax Increment, as defined therein, by the City of the Redeveloper Improvements to be made by the Redeveloper for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) years after the Redevelopment Project effective date defined in the Redevelopment Agreement. The Tax Increment so captured by the City shall be used for to make the Redeveloper Improvements as described in the Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Loan Payments (a) The Loan shall bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to the Note Rate. Interest shall be computed based on the daily rate produced assuming a three hundred sixty (360) day year, multiplied by the actual number of days elapsed. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, interest shall be paid in arrears.

  • RENT INCREASE 6.1 The Landlord is entitled to increase the Rent payable under this tenancy, either during the Tenancy Term or any subsequent renewal or periodic term, on each anniversary of the start date of this tenancy (“The Rent Increase Date”). The increase will be a minimum 5% in addition to the current Rent payable. If accepted as a customer, XOOM may report your payment experience. Bills not paid by their due date are subject to a late payment fee at the greater of the rate of 1.5%, or the maximum permitted by law, based on your total outstanding balance per month. XOOM will charge a $35 return check fee for all returned checks or the maximum allowed by law. XOOM may terminate your commodity service and may suspend services under procedures approved by law. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM.
