Cooperation with market surveillance authorities The competent national market surveillance authority of a Member State of the European Union or Switzerland may, on reasoned request, ask the relevant economic operators in the European Union and in Switzerland to provide all the information and documentation necessary to demonstrate the conformity of instrument with the legislation in Section I. That authority may contact the economic operator established within the territory of the other Party either directly or with the assistance of the competent national market surveillance authority of the other Party. It may request manufacturers or, where applicable, authorised representatives and importers to provide the docu­ mentation in a language easily understood by that authority. It may request the economic operators to cooperate on any action taken to eliminate the risks posed by the instrument.

  • Cooperation with Economic Studies If ICANN initiates or commissions an economic study on the impact or functioning of new generic top-­‐level domains on the Internet, the DNS or related matters, Registry Operator shall reasonably cooperate with such study, including by delivering to ICANN or its designee conducting such study all data related to the operation of the TLD reasonably necessary for the purposes of such study requested by ICANN or its designee, provided, that Registry Operator may withhold (a) any internal analyses or evaluations prepared by Registry Operator with respect to such data and (b) any data to the extent that the delivery of such data would be in violation of applicable law. Any data delivered to ICANN or its designee pursuant to this Section 2.15 that is appropriately marked as confidential (as required by Section 7.15) shall be treated as Confidential Information of Registry Operator in accordance with Section 7.15, provided that, if ICANN aggregates and makes anonymous such data, ICANN or its designee may disclose such data to any third party. Following completion of an economic study for which Registry Operator has provided data, ICANN will destroy all data provided by Registry Operator that has not been aggregated and made anonymous.

  • COOPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES The Contractor shall be responsible for fully cooperating with any third party, including but not limited to other Contractors or Subcontractors of the Authorized User, as necessary to ensure delivery or performance of Product.

  • Cooperation with supervisory authorities 1. The data exporter agrees to deposit a copy of this contract with the supervisory authority if it so requests or if such deposit is required under the applicable data protection law.

  • Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.

  • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards. City shall make available to Engineer all existing plans, maps, field notes, and other data in its possession relative to the Project. Engineer may show justification to City for changes in design from City standards due to the judgment of said Engineer of a cost savings to City and/or due to the surrounding topographic conditions. City shall make the final decision as to any changes after appropriate request by Engineer.
