Cooperation with supervisory authorities. 1. The data exporter agrees to deposit a copy of this contract with the supervisory authority if it so requests or if such deposit is required under the applicable data protection law.
Cooperation with supervisory authorities. In accordance with Data Protection Laws, Data Controller and Data Processor shall cooperate, on request, with a supervisory authority in the performance of such supervisory authority’s task.

The parties agree that the supervisory authority has the right to conduct an audit of the data importer, and of any subprocessor, which has the same scope and is subject to the same conditions as would apply to an audit of the data exporter under the applicable data protection law. The data importer shall promptly inform the data exporter about the existence of legislation applicable to it or any subprocessor preventing the conduct of an audit of the data importer, or any subprocessor, pursuant to paragraph 2. In such a case the data exporter shall be entitled to take the measures foreseen in Clause 5(b).
Cooperation with supervisory authorities. The Controller and the Processor shall cooperate, on request, with the supervisory authority. The Controller shall be informed immediately of any inspections and measures executed by the supervisory authority, insofar as they relate to the activities under this DPA. This also applies insofar as the Processor is under investigation or is party to an investigation by a competent authority in connection with infringements to any provision regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the processing of this DPA. Insofar as the Controller is subject to an inspection by the supervisory authority, an administrative fine, a preliminary injunction or criminal procedure, a liability claim by a Data Subject or by a third party or any other claim in connection with the processing of data by the Processor as of this DPA, the Processor shall make every effort to support the Controller.

The Controller shall be informed immediately of any inspections and measures executed by the Supervisory Authority, insofar as they relate to the activities under this DPA.

Upon Controller’s request, Processor shall provide Controller with reasonable cooperation and assistance, at Controller’s expense, needed to fulfil Controller’s obligation under the GDPR to carry out a data protection impact assessment related to Controller’s use of the Services, to the extent Controller does not otherwise have access to the relevant information, and to the extent such information is available to Processor. Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to Controller in the cooperation or prior consultation with the Supervisory Authority in the performance of its tasks relating to Section 7 of this DPA, to the extent required under the GDPR. Additionally, in connection with the Supervisory Authority’s request, at Controller’s expense Processor shall make reasonable efforts to acquire the reasonable cooperation and assistance of subprocessors in providing access to relevant information needed to fulfil Controller’s obligations under GDPR.

Upon Customer’s request, Processor shall provide Customer with reasonable cooperation and assistance needed to fulfill Customer’s obligation under Applicable Data Protection Law to carry out a data protection impact assessment related to Customer’s use of the Services, to the extent Customer does not otherwise have access to the relevant information, and to the extent such information is available to Processor. Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to Customer in the cooperation or prior consultation with the Supervisory Authority in the performance of its tasks relating to Section 8 of this DPA, to the extent required under Applicable Data Protection Law. Additionally, in connection with the Supervisory Authority’s request, at Customer’s expense, Processor shall make reasonable efforts to acquire the reasonable cooperation and assistance of Subprocessors in providing access to relevant information needed to fulfill Customer’s obligations under Applicable Data Protection Law.
