CONVEYANCE TO LESSEE. Upon compliance by LESSEE with the applicable terms of Article 18.3 or 18.5, LESSOR will transfer to LESSEE the Airframe or Engine(s), as applicable, with respect to which such Total Loss.

CONVEYANCE TO LESSEE. Unless (a) the Lessees shall have properly exercised the Purchase Option and purchased the Leased Properties pursuant to Section 14.1(a) or 14.1(b) hereof, or (b) the Lessees shall have properly exercised the Remarketing Option and shall have fulfilled all of the conditions of Section 14.6 hereof, then, subject to the terms, conditions and provisions set forth in this Article XIV, each Lessee shall purchase from Lessor, and Lessor shall convey to each Lessee, on the Lease Termination Date all of Lessor's interest in the Leased Properties leased to such Lessee. Any Lessee may designate, in a notice given to Lessor not less than ten (10) Business Days prior to the closing of such purchase, or any purchase pursuant to Section 14.1(a) or (b),(time being of the essence), the transferee to whom the conveyance shall be made (if other than to such Lessee), in which case such conveyance shall (subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein) be made to such designee; provided, however, that such designation of a transferee shall not cause any Lessee to be released, fully or partially, from any of its obligations under this Lease.
CONVEYANCE TO LESSEE. On the Substitution Date or the date specified in the notice given pursuant to Section 21.1. Lessor will convey the Leased Property to Lessee in accordance with the provisions of Article XVIII (except as to payment of any expenses in connection therewith which shall be governed by Section 21.4 below) upon either (a) payment in cash therefor or (b) conveyance to Lessor of the Substitute Property, as appropriate.
CONVEYANCE TO LESSEE. If the Lessor shall have determined that the Proposed Facility constitutes a Comparable Facility, on the Substitution Date, after the consummation of a substitution in accordance with the terms hereof, Lessor will convey the Leased Property to Lessee in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 (except as to payment of any expenses in connection therewith which shall be governed by Section 22.4 below) and this Lease shall thereupon terminate as to the Leased Property. Upon completion of the purchase of the Leased Property, no Rent shall thereafter accrue with respect thereto.
