Common use of CONVEYANCE TO LESSEE Clause in Contracts

CONVEYANCE TO LESSEE. Upon compliance by LESSEE with the applicable terms of Article 18.3 or 18.5, LESSOR will transfer to LESSEE the Airframe or Engine(s), as applicable, with respect to which such Total Loss.
