Contractor Conflict of Interest. In accepting this contract, Contractor certifies that no member or officer of its firm or corporation is an officer or employee of the City of Joplin, Missouri, or any of its boards or agencies, and further that no officer or employee of the City has any financial interest, direct or indirect, in this contract. All applicable federal regulations and provisions of X.X.Xx. Section 105.450 et seq. shall not be violated.

Contractor Conflict of Interest. Prior to executing an agreement, CONTRACTOR shall provide: (1) information on its status and the status of parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, subcontractors and current clients as PRPs at the site; (2) certification that to the best of its knowledge and belief it has disclosed such information or no such information exists; and (3) a statement that it immediately shall disclose any such information discovered after submission of its bid or proposal or after award. CDPHE shall evaluate such information and shall exclude any bidder or offeror if CDPHE determines the offeror’s conflict of interest is significant and cannot be avoided or otherwise resolved.

Contractor further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement, no persons having any such interest shall be employed.

  • Termination for Conflict of Interest HCA may terminate this Contract by written notice to the Contractor if HCA determines, after due notice and examination, that there is a violation of the Ethics in Public Service Act, Chapter 42.52 RCW, or any other laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts. In the event this Contract is so terminated, HCA will be entitled to pursue the same remedies against the Contractor as it could pursue in the event Contractor breaches the contract.
