Termination for Conflict of Interest. HCA may terminate this Contract by written notice to the Contractor if HCA determines, after due notice and examination, that there is a violation of the Ethics in Public Service Act, Chapter 42.52 RCW, or any other laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts. In the event this Contract is so terminated, HCA will be entitled to pursue the same remedies against the Contractor as it could pursue in the event Contractor breaches the contract.
Termination for Conflict of Interest. The Commission may terminate this Charter Contract by written notice to the Governing Board if it is determined, after due notice and examination, that any party to this Charter Contract has violated the ethics or conflicts of interest provisions of this Charter Contract, or any other laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts.

The State of Mississippi may terminate this Master Agreement by written notice to Contractor if it is determined, after due notice and examination, that any party to this Master Agreement has violated any laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts. In the event this Master Agreement is so terminated, the State of Mississippi and /or Purchasing Entity shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies against Contractor as it could pursue in the event that the Contractor breaches this Master Agreement.

Purchaser may terminate this Contract by written notice to Vendor if Purchaser determines, after due notice and examination, that any party has violated chapter 42.52 RCW, Ethics in Public Service, or any other laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts. In the event this Contract is so terminated, Purchaser shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies against Vendor as it could pursue in the event Vendor breaches this Contract.

In the event this Contract is so terminated, the MCC and /or Purchaser shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies against Contractor as it could pursue in the event that the Contractor breaches this Contract.
Termination for Conflict of Interest. The Counties may terminate this Agreement under Section 21.1 (Termination for Material Breach) by Notice to Contractor if the Counties determine, after due notice and examination, that Contractor has violated any laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts, including but not limited to any creating a conflict of interest.
Termination for Conflict of Interest. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to cancellation pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511.
