Conflict of Interest Contractor Personnel Clause Samples

The "Conflict of Interest Contractor Personnel" clause establishes requirements to prevent contractor employees from engaging in activities that could compromise their objectivity or create competing interests while performing contract work. Typically, this clause obligates contractors to disclose any potential conflicts and may restrict personnel from participating in decisions or tasks where a conflict exists, such as awarding subcontracts to related parties or using confidential information for personal gain.
