Common use of Contracting for Core Educational Services Clause in Contracts

Contracting for Core Educational Services. The School and the Institute agree that the School is not contracting with an educational service provider (ESP) for implementation of its core educational program. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Institute, the School shall not have authority to enter into a contract or subcontract for the management or administration of its core instructional program or services, including management of special education and related services. This shall not prevent the School from engaging independent contractors to teach selected, specific courses as a portion of the School’s educational program or operations. Any changes to the contract for educational services shall be subject to advance approval of the Institute.
