Continuing Obligations of Borrower. Nothing in this Clause 9 or in the Account Pledge, whether express or implied, shall relieve the Borrower of its absolute and unconditional obligation to repay the Loan, to pay interest thereon and to pay all other sums from time to time due, owing or payable hereunder and under any of the other Finance Documents.
