Account Pledge definition

Account Pledge means, in relation to each Account, a pledge agreement creating security in respect of that Account in the Agreed Form and, in the plural, means all of them;

Account Pledge means, in relation to each Earnings Account, a deed of pledge of that Earnings Account in such form as the Lenders may approve or require, and in the plural means both of them;

Account Pledge means the pledge over the Earnings Account and all amounts from time to time standing to the credit to the Earnings Account from the Charterers in favour of the Owners.
