Continuing Obligations definition

Continuing Obligations mean obligations or responsibilities that are reasonably expected to continue or arise after Operations on a particular area of the Properties have ceased or are suspended, such as future monitoring, stabilization, or Environmental Compliance.
Continuing Obligations means those obligations which are identified to continue as obligations under the Prior Assignments.

More Definitions of Continuing Obligations

Continuing Obligations means the obligations referenced in Section 4 below and those that arise in the Restrictive Covenants Agreement or any confidentiality, assignment of inventions, non-competition, non-solicitation, or non-disparagement restrictive covenants in any other agreement entered into by Executive and the Company or any of its affiliates in connection with Executive’s employment.
