Continued Jurisdiction. The court shall retain jurisdiction to amend the provisions of this Agreement, to amend the QDRO, and to issue new orders to enforce the parties’ intent regarding the Participant’s Plan benefits that are assigned to the Alternate Payee.

Continued Jurisdiction. The court shall retain jurisdiction to amend the provisions of this Agreement, to amend the COAP, to issue new orders to enforce the parties’ intent regarding the Employee’s Federal Government retirement benefits that are assigned to the Former Spouse, and to issue other orders that are just and equitable and not inconsistent with any other provision in this Agreement.
Continued Jurisdiction. The court shall retain jurisdiction to amend the provisions contained herein in order to establish and/or maintain the qualified status of the QDRO under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and to effectuate the original intent of the parties. The court shall also retain jurisdiction to enter such further orders that are just, equitable, and necessary to enforce, secure, and sustain the benefits awarded to the Plaintiff in the event that the Defendant and/or the Plan Administrator fail to comply with any or all of the provisions contained herein. Such further orders may also include, but not limited to, nunc pro tunc orders or orders that recharacterize the benefits awarded under the Plan to apply to benefits earned by the Defendant under another plan.

The Parties will jointly request that after entry of 20 judgment pursuant to the Settlement, the Court retain jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 21 3.769 of the California Rules of Court and California Code of Civil Procedure § 664.6, 22 for purposes of addressing: (a) the interpretation and enforcement of the terms of this
