Continuation of Certain Obligations. Wherever specifically provided for in this Lease or if it is necessary for the full implementation of any provision of this Lease, the obligations of a Party shall survive the expiration of the Term or the earlier termination of this Lease, as the case may be.
Continuation of Certain Obligations. Termination of the employment relationship shall not terminate those obligations imposed by this Agreement which are continuing in nature, including, without limitation, Employee’s obligations of confidentiality, non-competition and Employee’s continuing obligations with respect to business opportunities that had been entrusted to Employee by Employer during the employment relationship.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2(b), the termination of the Employment Arrangements shall not relieve the Executive of any obligation to keep business or other information related to either Employer or to its customers or business confidential or to cooperate with the Employers and their affiliates in certain litigation matters.
Continuation of Certain Obligations. Upon completion of a succession or assignment, the initial Party shall no longer be a Party to this Settlement Agreement. It shall continue to be bound by Sections 5.2 and 11.1. No change in ownership of the Project or transfer of the Project License by the PUD shall in any way modify or otherwise affect any other Party’s interests, rights, responsibilities or obligations under this Settlement Agreement. Unless prohibited by applicable law, the PUD shall provide in any transaction for a change in ownership of its Project or transfer of its Project License, that such new owner shall be bound by, and shall assume the rights and obligations of the PUD under this Settlement Agreement upon completion of the change of ownership and approval by FERC of the transfer of Project License and issuance of a new SUA by the USFS to the new Project owner.
Continuation of Certain Obligations. The obligations of any party under or in respect of Clauses 10 (Taxes), 12 (Increased Costs), 20 (Default Interest), 21 (Indemnities), 22.8 (Indemnity to Arrangers and Agent), 23 (Set-off/Pro Rata Sharing) and 24 (Expenses and Stamp Duty) shall continue even after all the Commitments have terminated and all the Advances have been repaid or prepaid.
Continuation of Certain Obligations. The obligations of any party under or in respect of Clauses 11, 13, 21, 22, 24.8, 25, 26, 28.6 and 28.7 shall continue even after all the Revolving Credit Facility Commitments have terminated and all the Advances have been repaid or prepaid.
Continuation of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the termination of this Administration Agreement, the obligations of the Service Provider or of the Company, as the case may be, under Article IX.A.7., Article IX.C., Article XI.D., Article XI.G., Article XII, Article XIII, Article XIV and Article XV, paragraphs B,G and O shall remain in full force and effect. In addition, notwithstanding the termination of this Administration Agreement, the Service Provider shall pay to the Company all amounts due and owing to the Company pursuant to Article V.A.2. through the termination of this Administration Agreement.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Licensee shall provide in any transaction for a change in ownership of its Project or transfer of its existing or New License, that such new owner shall be bound by, and shall assume the rights and obligations of the Licensee under this Settlement Agreement upon completion of the change of ownership and approval by FERC of the License transfer.
Continuation of Certain Obligations. Termination of the Agreement will not result in the termination of any obligation of a Party for the terms and conditions of this Agreement that require their performance by a Party after the termination of the Agreement and they will be and remain in force notwithstanding such termination of the Agreement.
