Project License definition

Project License means a development license to the Software which is limited to use of the Software for a specific defined Project.
Project License means the FERC license for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Project, which expired September 30, 2008, and any subsequent annual license for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Project.
Project License means a Service Package for use on a single project within a Customer’s Assemble Environment.

  • Accordingly, Syncfusion will make a determination as to whether or not the provision of Retail Licenses is appropriate under the circumstances applicable to any given Customer, and Syncfusion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to make available Retail Licenses to a Customer and instead require a given Customer to procure a Project License, Division License, or Global License as circumstances dictate.

  • If a Licensee has a LAC that specifies a Project License, then the quantity of Members indicated on the LAC represents the maximum number of licensed Members for the Project (“Total Project Software Staff”).

  • Throughout this Settlement Agreement, certain entities are recognized as having “approval authority” for the purposes of surrender of the Project License and/or issuance of the SUA and it is the Parties’ intent that such “approval authority” is only based on expected application of existing law, specifically the FPA, FLPMA, and CWA Section 401.


More Definitions of Project License

Project License has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a) below.

Project License means a customer project which may require a variable number of license keys for multiple, concurrent users including the relevant Altera FAE and Customer Support individuals. A project may require license keys which enable support for a specific set of multiple Altera devices for the purposes of prototyping in an alternative device prior to production. The license keys provided to the customer and Altera may be fixed node or floating.
