Contents of Approval Requests. Each Approval Request shall consist of one or more electronic submissions to the Administrative Agent (transmitted in such a manner as the Administrative Agent may specify to the Investment Manager and the Company from time to time), shall be substantially in the form attached as Schedule 2 hereto and shall be accompanied by such other information as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

  • Vote/Approval Required No vote or consent of the holders of any class or series of capital stock of Parent is necessary to approve this Agreement or the Merger or the transactions contemplated hereby.
