More Definitions of Approval Request

Approval Request has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.02(a). “Approved” means, with respect to an Approval Request relating to any Portfolio Investment for which the Administrative Agent has received all requested follow-up information, within ten (10) Business Days succeeding the latest date on which it received such Approval Request or follow-up information it has requested, the Administrative Agent has notified the Investment Manager and the Company that the Administrative Agent is approving the purchase of such Portfolio Investment. For the avoidance of doubt, an Approval Request shall not be deemed “not Approved” until such ten (10) Business Day period has elapsed.
