Consultant Travel. To avoid unnecessary travel and travel time costs by a City consultant or staff to work on any Developer project for which Developer will pay or reimburse the City, the City agrees that it shall only contract for services by contractors or contractor employees who live in the nine county San Francisco Bay Area. Should the City elect to use a contractor or contractor employee who must travel in to the City from outside any of the nine Bay Area counties, the City shall bear all costs for any such consultant’s travel costs, hotel, meals and travel time.

Consultant Travel. This proposal anticipates a virtual search with no on-site consulting required. Should on-site engagement be desired and agreeable to both parties, the following fee schedule will apply:
Consultant Travel. Consultant shall be required to travel to the post award conferences and to the State installations during the performance of this Contract to conduct BUILDER SMS implementation, attend meetings, conferences, and conduct internal training. Consultant will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and within the limitation of funds specified in this Contract. No travel to off-site training locations will occur under this Contract.

  • Consultant Services 4.1 The Consultant agrees to perform the following services and undertake the following responsibilities and duties to the Company to be provided by the Consultant to the Company as consulting services (the "Consulting Services"):

  • Consultants’ Services All consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Sections I and IV of the Consultant Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.

  • Services to Other Clients; Certain Affiliated Activities (a) The relationship between the Asset Manager and the Series is as described in this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, none of the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement, nor any other matter, shall oblige the Asset Manager to accept responsibilities that are more extensive than those set forth in this Agreement.

Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.

Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:
