Consultant’s Services definition

Consultant’s Services means the complete professional services to be provided by the Consultant and as described in a Consulting Services Agreement between the Authority, the Team or Trade Contractor and the Consultant, and includes all labor, materials, equipment and services to be provided by the Consultant to fulfill its obligations.
Consultant’s Services means the services to be provided by the Consultant under this Agreement, as set out in s. 2.1 of this Agreement;
Consultant’s Services means expenditures incurred in relation to consulting services provided by firms and individuals for purposes directly related to the Project, including audit costs, technical assistance to the MCA, the Federation MOH, the RS MOH, the Public Health Institutes, the respective Health Insurance Fund of the Federation, cantons, and Republika Srpska, health centers, hospitals, and other health institutions, for specialization training, health management training, academic training, the development of communication activities, studies, surveys, seminars, workshops, and other expenditures related to the hiring of consultants needed for Project implementation, as may be agreed with the Association;

More Definitions of Consultant’s Services

Consultant’s Services means consultants’ services for project management and engineering services;
Consultant’s Services means fees and allowances for consultants (individuals or firms) hired to support the Project components through technical reviews and evaluation, committee work, support to solve specific problems of advisory system and for farm management advice, monitoring and evaluation services and impact assessments and any other technical assistance as may be agreed upon by the Association;
Consultant’s Services means all services and the work product to be provided to Client by Consultant as described and otherwise further defined in the Deliverables.
Consultant’s Services means: (i) the services to design and supervise works under the Project; (ii) services and training activities to be carried out under the Project, including the cost of workshops and the travel cost and per diem of qualified trainees; and (iii) services for the design of additional border crossing facilities and auditing services; and
Consultant’s Services. All consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Sections I and IV of the Consultant Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.
Consultant’s Services is defined in section 2(A)(1).

Related to Consultant’s Services

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant means the employment or relationship as a Director or Consultant is not interrupted or terminated. The Board, in its sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant shall be considered interrupted in the case of: (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board, including sick leave, military leave, or any other personal leave; or (ii) transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company, Affiliates or their successors.
