CONFLICT OF INTEREST RULES. 9.1 If the Member becomes aware of the fact that there may be a conflict of his interests with the Company's interests during the performance of his office, he shall promptly inform the other members of the Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board of this fact. This shall similarly apply to a potential conflict of interests of persons close (in Czech: osoby blízké) to the Member or persons influenced or controlled by the Member. This obligation shall also be deemed to be fulfilled by the Member if the Member informs the General Meeting, unless he exercises the powers of the General Meeting as a sole shareholder. This provision is without prejudice to the Member's obligation to act in the Company's interests. The Supervisory Board or the General Meeting may suspend, for a specified time period, the performance of the office of the Member who made notification of this conflict of interest.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST RULES. For the purposes of this Agreement, “COI Rules” means Ontario Health’s “Conflict of Interest Rules for Public Servants (Ministry) and Former Public Servants (Ministry)”, set out in Ontario Regulation 381/07 under the PSOA, with necessary modifications as they may be amended from time to time. Any member of the Council or the Community Education Authority must avoid real and perceived conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflict of interest they may have on any issue that is related to their responsibility for the provision of Education. In particular, as soon as a Member of Council or the Community Education Authority becomes aware that they may have a real or perceived conflict of interest, they are required to fully disclose the nature of that conflict. They must then remove themselves from any discussions that pertain to the issue in question by absenting themselves from the discussion and refraining from attempting to influence any decision-making on the issue.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST RULES. 20. Any member of the Council or the Community Education Authority must avoid conflicts of interest and comply with the requirements of the policies and procedures established by Council for the avoidance and mitigation of those conflicts, including annual disclosures of private interests by Council.

  • CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY 4.1. The Company, partners of the Company or other affiliated parties may have material interest, a legal relationship or arrangement concerning a specific transaction in the Trader’s Room or on the trading platform or interests, relationships, or arrangements that may be in conflict with the interests of the Client. The Company’s employees are required to comply with a policy of impartiality and to disregard any material interests or conflicts of interest when advising the Client.
