Compensation Of LLC Officers And LLC Employees; Reimbursement. The ------------------------------------------------------------- salaries, bonuses and benefits, if any, and reimbursement of all LLC officers and agents of the LLC employees will be fixed by the Management Committee, or by the Chief Executive Officer of the LLC, if so authorized by the Management Committee, as to officers other than himself or herself, and will be as reflected in the LLC's then-current approved budget.   • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of Ultimus’ compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.

  • Compensation and Employee Benefits SECTION 13.01.

  • Compensation Benefits and Reimbursement (a) The compensation specified under this Agreement shall constitute the salary and benefits paid for the duties described in Section 2(b). The Association shall pay Executive as compensation a salary of not less than $_____________ per year ("Base Salary"). Such Base Salary shall be payable biweekly, or with such other frequency as officers and employees are generally paid. During the period of this Agreement, Executive's Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually.   • Other Compensation and Fringe Benefits In addition to any executive bonus, pension, deferred compensation and long-term incentive plans which Company or an affiliate of Company may from time to time make available to Employee, Employee shall be entitled to the following during the Employment Term:

  • Employees and Compensation Schedule 3.12 contains a true and complete list of all employees of the Station, their job description, date of hire, salary and amount and date of last salary increase.
