COMPENSATION OF COUNTY. For services rendered from the COUNTY operated shelter in Lompoc, between July 1, 2015 2016 and June 30, 2016 2017, CITY shall pay COUNTY $286,636 billed in four equal quarterly payments of $71,659 $301,524 billed in four equal quarterly payments of $75,381. Quarterly payments to COUNTY shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. Invoices shall be delivered to the CITY address specified in Section 3, NOTICES of Agreement.
COMPENSATION OF COUNTY. For services rendered from the COUNTY-operated shelter in Lompoc between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2020, CITY shall pay COUNTY $326,814, billed in four equal quarterly installments of: $81,703.50. Quarterly payments to COUNTY shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. COMPENSATION OF COUNTY. City shall pay County under this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B and Exhibit B-1 (attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference). Billing shall be made by invoice, which shall include the contract number assigned by County and which is delivered to City at the address given in Section 2 NOTICES above. Unless otherwise specified on Exhibit B, payment shall be due net thirty (30) days from presentation of invoice.
COMPENSATION OF COUNTY. The City agrees to pay $540.00 for a four (4) hour mediation session. If four (4) hours is not enough time to reach a settlement of a said dispute, the mediation can be reset, at the City's discretion and if necessary, the Mediator's recommendation at the cost of $120.00 per hour.

  • LIMITATION OF COUNTY LIABILITY FOR DISALLOWANCES 10.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, COUNTY will be held harmless by CONTRACTOR from any Federal or State audit disallowance and interest resulting from payments made to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement, less the amounts already submitted to the State for the disallowed claim.

  • Supplemental Compensation Pursuant to Section 7 of the Agreement, Supplemental Compensation will be paid as follows:

  • Limitation of County’s Liability Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, any financial obligation the County may incur hereunder, including for the payment of money, shall not be deemed to constitute a pecuniary liability or a debt or general obligation of the County; provided, however, that nothing herein shall prevent the Company from enforcing its rights hereunder by suit for mandamus or specific performance.

  • Supplementation of Compensation Award ‌ If an employee is prevented from performing the employee's regular work with the City on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workers' Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers' Compensation Act, the City will supplement the award made by the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages to the employee by such an amount that the award of the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages (excluding non- economic loss payment), together with the supplementation by the City, will equal 100% of the employee's regular net wage (gross pay less statutory deductions, union dues and required benefit plan contributions). The said supplementation shall not be payable to any employee entitled to compensation after pension age if such an employee is entitled to an unreduced pension as provided under the Local Authorities Pension Plan or after the full age of 65 years if such an employee is not entitled to a pension. Subject to the foregoing limitation, the procedure to be followed in operating this policy shall be as follows:

  • Compensation of SAP 6.1 SAP will provide an invoice specifying the fees for each of the Services in accordance with the terms of the Order Form. Payment is due thirty (30) days after the invoice is issued. SAP reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.

  • Reduction of Compensation If the Firm fails to meet the submission date by less than thirty days for the draft report and/or working papers submitted to the Office of the State Auditor for review and approval or by less than thirty days from the completion date for the final reports and/or corrections to the working papers prescribed herein, the District may, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, reduce the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed ten percent of the total contract price for the applicable fiscal year. If reports and/or corrections to the working papers are overdue by 30 days or more, the District may reduce, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed twenty percent of the total contract price for the Rev. 10/20 applicable fiscal year.

  • Non-Employment of COUNTY Personnel 2.1.1 A-E agrees that it will neither negotiate, offer, or give employment to any full-time, regular employee of COUNTY in professional classifications of the same skills required for the performance of this CONTRACT who is involved in this Project in a participatory status during the life of this CONTRACT regardless of the assignments said employee may be given or the days or hours employee may work.

  • Compensation of Officers Grantee must provide to the Commonwealth the names and total compensation of the five most highly compensated officers of the entity if--

  • STATUS OF COUNTY 13 COUNTY is, and at all times shall be deemed to be, an independent contractor. 14 Nothing herein contained shall be construed as creating the relationship of 15 employer and employee, or principal and agent, between CITY and COUNTY 16 or any of COUNTY’s agents or employees. COUNTY and its SHERIFF shall 17 retain all authority for rendition of services, standards of performance, control of 18 personnel, and other matters incident to the performance of services by 19 COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement. COUNTY, its agents and employees 20 shall not be entitled to any rights or privileges of CITY employees and shall not 21 be considered in any manner to be CITY employees.

  • Employees Not Eligible for Holiday Compensation 366. Persons employed for holiday work only, or persons employed on a part-time work schedule which is less than twenty (20) hours in a bi-weekly pay period, or persons employed on an intermittent part-time work schedule (not regularly scheduled), or persons employed on as-needed, seasonal or project basis for less than six (6) months continuous service, or persons on leave without pay status immediately preceding or immediately following the legal holiday shall not receive holiday pay.
