Compensation as an Employee. From the date hereof until the Termination Date, Executive shall continue to earn and receive her base salary at the rate in effect on the date hereof. In addition, provided Executive remains employed through the Termination Date, she shall be entitled to a pro rata portion of any Annual Bonus (as defined in the Employment Agreement) if any, which may be earned based on the Company’s performance for fiscal year 2010-2011, to be paid on the Bonus Payment Date (as defined in the Employment Agreement). Executive and the Company agree that Executive shall not be entitled to any severance under Section 5 of the Employment Agreement by reason of her termination of employment.

  • Compensation of Employee Employer shall pay Employee, and Employee shall accept from Employer, in full payment for Employee's services hereunder, compensation as follows:

  • Compensation of Executive (a) The Corporation shall pay the Executive as compensation for his services hereunder, in equal semi-monthly or bi-weekly installments during the Term, the sum of $350,000 per annum (as in effect from time to time, the “Base Salary”), less such deductions as shall be required to be withheld by applicable law and regulations. The Corporation shall review the Base Salary on an annual basis and has the right but not the obligation to increase it, but has no right to decrease the Base Salary.

  • Duration of Employment 5.1 A seafarer shall be engaged for the period specified in Appendix 1 to this Agreement and such period may be extended or reduced by the amount shown in Appendix 1 for operational convenience. The employment shall be automatically terminated upon the terms of this Agreement at the first arrival of the ship in port after expiration of that period, unless the Company operates a permanent employment system.

Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Compensation of Employees Compensate its employees for services rendered at an hourly rate at least equal to the minimum hourly rate prescribed by any applicable federal or state law or regulation.

  • Voluntary Termination of Employment If during the Employment Term, Executive terminates his employment under circumstances other than those specified elsewhere in this Section 8, Executive shall be entitled to the payments and benefits specified in Section 8(a).
