Community Rooms. Please note that Applicant's request to use the Community Rooms shall not be deemed approved and confirmed until (1) an authorized employee of HawaiiUSA has completed and signed the relevant sections of the Application; and (2) a copy of the Application that has been signed by both Applicant and HawaiiUSA has been sent to Applicant.

Community Rooms. Use of a community room (if any) on the Property is available for resident sponsored activities only. You must sign up and reserve the room in advance of its use. If no one else has reserved the room for a specific time or use, it can be used on a first-come first-serve basis when accompanied by the required deposit (if any). Set-up and tear-down of the room is the responsibility of the resident who reserved the room. The leasing office can provide you with more details.

  • Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include:

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. The Community Policies are available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/policies.pdf or on request from the management office and are considered part of this Agreement.
