Community Program. Community programming is intended to develop the Centre’s relationship with the local performing arts community. The Workers governed by this Agreement in Other Areas as defined in Clause 2.02, shall function with the maximum amount of co-operation and understanding with the visiting company. Workers, who shall be called as needed, shall not work within defined dpeartments but rather assist each other to fulfil the varying needs of the presentations. The Centre shall inform the Union by means of the Daily Call Sheet when a call to work is under the auspices of this Article. The Centre shall appoint a Lead Hand and an Assistant Lead Hand for Community Programming to be called on an as-required basis. The Lead Hand and an Assitant Lead Hand shall be paid the Assistant rate. The Lead Hand shall be the first person called to work. The Assistant Lead Hand shall be the second person called and should the Lead Hand not be available, the Assistant Lead Hand shall be the first person called. Community Programming shall be excluded for the definition of a performance in Clauses 8.04 (a) and 8.04 (b). All work shall be renumerated on an hourly basis. A maximum of four (4) consecutive hours may be worked for Community Programming. The Wardrobe Mistress (Master) and the Wardrobe Attendant rates shall apply.

Community Program. Beginning in 2023, Licensee and Licensor will meet at least [* * *] a year to discuss and align on joint community initiatives to customize a meaningful program that may be amplified through community activation, Jewel Event exposure and MLB media assets.

  • Community Service Service to the wider community includes active participation in a wide variety of governmental, societal and community institutions, programs and services, where such participation is based on the candidate’s academic or professional expertise.

  • Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.

  • Community Outreach Please describe all community outreach efforts undertaken since the last report.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include:

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.

  • Community Service Leave Community service leave is provided for in the NES.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.   • Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.

  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.
