First Call. We will offer you, for television broadcasting by your station, the first call on all our network television programs which are to be broadcast on a television network basis in the community to which your station is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission, except as hereinafter provided in Paragraph V.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ABC shall have the right to authorize any television broadcasting station regardless of the community to which it is licensed by the FCC, to broadcast any network presentation of a subject we deem to be of immediate national significance including, but not limited to, a Presidential address.
First Call. In cases where Article 12 applies, the first worker called thereafter for the carpenty and property department shall be the permanent Head Flyman, in the electrical department, the Assistant Electrician, in the sound department, the Assistant Sound Engineer. When the permanent Head Flyman is called for the carpentry or property departments and is required to return to his principal responsibility, he shall do so on the same call, subject to Clause 8.07.
First Call. Two (2) hours or length of the call, whichever is greater, at the employee's overtime hourly rate.

First Call. Any Employee assigned as First Call for Public Information Officer (PIO) shall be compensated at the rate of one (1) hour overtime for each week day (Monday- Thursday 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM). When assigned First Call on a weekend, two (2) hours overtime for each weekend day (including extended three (3) and four (4) day holiday weekends and for each weekday on which a holiday occurs, as defined in 7.1.2). When assigned First Call on a Saturday/Sunday, the employee shall be compensated two (2) hours overtime for each of these days. First Call assignment for the weekend begins on Friday at 5:00 PM, the employee is not compensated for time on Friday before the weekend.
