Community Action Treatment (CAT. Teams Funds provided in Specific Appropriation 363 for the following recurring base appropriation projects are funded from general revenue to be used for the operation of Community Action Treatment teams that provide community based services to children ages 11 to 21 with a mental health or co-occurring substance abuse diagnosis with any accompanying characteristics such as being at-risk for out-of-home placement as demonstrated by repeated failures at less intensive levels of care; having two or more hospitalizations or repeated failures; involvement with the Department of Juvenile Justice or multiple episodes involving law enforcement; or poor academic performance or suspensions. Children younger than 11 may be candidates if they display two or more of the aforementioned characteristics.

  • National Treatment and Most-favoured-nation Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded either to investments of its own or investments of investors of any third State.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).

  • Medical Treatment Undersigned understands that the Released Parties do not have medical personnel available at the location of the activities. Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. Undersigned understands and agrees that any such action by the Released Parties shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and release, including any liability arising from the negligence of the Released Parties when administering first aid or authorizing others to do so. Undersigned understands and agrees that the Released Parties do not assume responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment.

  • Reorganization Treatment Neither Parent, Merger Sub nor any other Affiliate of Parent has taken or agreed to take (or failed to take or agree to take) any action or knows of any facts or circumstances that would reasonably be expected to prevent the Merger from qualifying as a reorganization within the meaning of Section 368(a) of the Code.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 10. The Borrower shall make available or cause the State and the DISCOMs to make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP, the RP and any IPP.

  • Most-Favoured-Nation Treatment 1. Each Party shall accord to investors of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to investors of any third State with respect to the establishment, acquisition, expansion, management, conduct, operation, and sale or other disposition of investments in its territory. 2. Each Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to investments in its territory of investors of any third State with respect to the establishment, acquisition, expansion, management, conduct, operation, and sale or other disposition of investments (13). 3. Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, the Parties reserve the right to adopt or maintain any measure that accords differential treatment: (a) to socially or economically disadvantaged minorities and ethnic groups (14); or (b) involving cultural industries related to the production of books, magazines, periodical publications, or printed or electronic newspapers and music scores. 4. The treatment and protection as mentioned in paragraphs 1 to 2 of this Article shall not include any preferential treament accorded by the other Party to investments of investors of any third State based on free trade agreement, free trade zone, custom union, economic union, or agreement relating to avoidance of double taxation or for facilitating frontier trade.

  • STAFF ORIENTATION 4101 The Employer shall provide an appropriate orientation program for nurses newly employed. The orientation program shall include such essential information as policies, nursing procedures, the location of supplies and equipment, fire, safety and disaster plans. Where necessary, orientation shall be provided for nurses moving to a new area of practice. 4102 The Employer shall provide a program of inservice education for nurses pertinent to patient care. 4103 The Employer shall provide, access to reference materials as is required in relation to maintaining current knowledge of general nursing care. APPENDIX "A" - SALARIES A1. Effective April 1, 2013 - Monthly salaries include a 2% general increase. - Hourly salary is calculated as (monthly salary x 12) ÷ annual hours.
