Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.
Consultants’ Services All consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Sections I and IV of the Consultant Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.
Dependent Child/Parents Separated or Divorced If two or more plans cover a person as a dependent child of divorced or separated parents, the plan responsible to cover benefits for the child will be determined in the following order: • first, the plan of the parent with custody of the child; • then, the plan of the spouse of the parent with custody of the child; and • finally, the plan of the parent not having custody of the child. If the terms of a court decree state that: • one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, and the entity obligated to pay or provide the parent's benefits under that parent's plan has actual knowledge of those terms, the benefits of that plan are determined first and the benefits of the plan of the other parent are the secondary plan. • both parents share joint custody, without stating that one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, the plans covering the child will follow the order of benefit determination rules outlined above.
Other Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services The following table specifies methods of procurement, other than Quality and Cost-based Selection, which may be used for consultants’ services. Effectiveness of Resignation or Removal No resignation or removal of the Asset Representations Reviewer will be effective until the successor Asset Representations Reviewer has executed and delivered to the Issuer and the Servicer an agreement accepting its engagement and agreeing to perform the obligations of the Asset Representations Reviewer under this Agreement or entered into a new agreement with the Issuer on substantially the same terms as this Agreement.

Continue to Perform After Resignation or Removal No resignation or removal of the Asset Representations Reviewer will be effective, and the Asset Representations Reviewer will continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement, until a successor Asset Representations Reviewer has accepted its engagement according to Section 5.3(b).
EFFECTIVENESS; TERMINATION 5.01. The Additional Conditions of Effectiveness consist of the following:
Extended Absences In the event Tenant will be away from the Premises for more than 7 consecutive days, Tenant agrees to notify Landlord in writing of such absence. During such absence, Landlord may enter the premises at times reasonable necessary to maintain the property and inspect for damages and needed repairs.
