COMMUNICATIONS FORUM. 1. Regular meetings between the Board and Association shall be scheduled and convened to discuss matters of mutual concern. Specific grievances shall not be discussed, nor shall the meetings be considered bargaining sessions. Meetings shall be scheduled on a mutually convenient date and time, but will be conducted not less than on a per semester basis. Committee meetings are not intended to replace informal communications between the Board and the Association and/or their representatives.

COMMUNICATIONS FORUM. A. Regular meetings between the Board and the Union shall be scheduled and convened to discuss matters of mutual concern. Moreover, matters pertaining to or affecting the wages, hours, or terms and conditions of employment of bargaining unit members, and matters pertaining to the terms of this Agreement, shall not be addressed in these meetings.   • Communications Protocol The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the communications protocol provided for in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).

  • Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.

  • COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS 14.1 Sending communication to you We may send all communication to you by leaving it at, or by sending it by ordinary post to, your last known address (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or is a place of residence or business) or by facsimile transmission to your facsimile number as may be provided to us or to our solicitors. Notwithstanding the above, we may also contact you via telephone, electronic mail, short message service provided by telecommunications providers, or such other means, to provide you with account related information (including informing your account payment status.) You shall inform us upon receipt of communication that is garbled, incomplete or inaccurate or which is not intended for you and you agree to delete all such information from your equipment immediately

  • REQUESTS FOR DATA BY THIRD PARTIES Unless prohibited by law, Contractor shall notify the Authorized User in Writing within 24 hours of any request for Data (including requestor, nature of Data requested and timeframe of response) by a person or entity other than the Authorized User, and the Contractor shall secure Written acknowledgement of such notification from the Authorized User before responding to the request for Data. Unless compelled by law, the Contractor shall not release Data without the Authorized User’s prior Written approval.

  • Contractor Communication or Disclosure The Contractor shall not make any public statements, press releases, publicity releases, or other similar communications concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • Communications and Notices Any notice to the Contractor shall be deemed sufficient when deposited in the United States Mail postage prepaid; faxed; e-mailed; delivered to a telegraph office fee prepaid; or hand-carried and presented to an authorized employee of the Contractor at the Contractor’s address as listed on the signature page of the contract or at such address as the contractor may have requested in writing.
