Common use of Common Facilities Clause in Contracts

Common Facilities. Common Facilities" shall mean all of the Property except the Demised Premises and other premises in the Property leased or held for lease to tenants. Common Facilities shall include the Parking Area and any walks, driveways, lobby areas, halls, stairs and rest rooms designed for nonexclusive use of Tenant and other tenants of space in the Buildings(s) and their employees, agents and invitees, and Landlord.
