Common use of Committee Participation Clause in Contracts

Committee Participation. Merck may terminate and/or restrict NGM’s participation on the Joint NP201 Committee, JRC, JEDC, JLDC, JCC or any other joint committee under this Agreement; and

Merck may terminate and/or restrict NGM’s participation on the Joint NP201 Committee, JRC, JEDC, JLDC, JCC or any other joint committee under this AgreementAgreement as such participation pertains to such Optioned Target and any NGM Optioned Products associated with such Optioned Target (and the applicable Modulation Category); and
