Commercial Vehicle Liability Insurance. Vendor shall also procure and maintain during the term of this AGREEMENT commercial vehicle liability insurance for Any Auto with a limit of not less than of $5,000,000 for injuries, including accidental death, to any one person, and subject to the same minimum for each person, in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00 for each accident, and property damage insurance in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00. Workers’ Compensation - Vendor shall further secure payment of WorkersCompensation to vendor’s employees in accordance with Labor Code Section 3700 et seq. The Certificate Holder on the certificate of insurance shall be named and listed exactly as follows: “California State University San Marcos Corporation 000 X. Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xx., Xxx Xxxxxx, XX 00000” Vendor agrees to and shalladd and provide proof of the following four (4) endorsements to the Vendor’s liability insurance, in compliance with the requirements of this AGREEMENT:

Commercial Vehicle Liability Insurance. Vendor shall also procure and shall maintain during the term of this Agreement commercial vehicle liability insurance for Any Auto and owned, scheduled, non-owned or hired automobiles with a combined single limit minimum of $5,000,000 per occurrence for injuries, including accidental death, to any one person, and subject to the same minimum for each person, in an amount not less than $5,000,000 for each accident, and property damage insurance in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.
Commercial Vehicle Liability Insurance. Sublessee shall further procure and maintain, at its own expense during the Term of this Sublease, a Commercial or Business Auto Liability insurance policy with an ISO Form Number CA 0001 covering Symbol 1 (any auto), or all owned , non-owned, leased, and hired autos, trucks, trailers, or semi-trailers, including and not limited to, any machinery or apparatus attached thereto. An Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage shall be provided to OGS after renewal and/or upon request. A blanket Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage is also acceptable. For Contractors who are self-insured, Contractor shall be obligated to defend and indemnify the above-named additional insureds with respect to Commercial General Liability and Business Automobile Liability, in the same manner that Contractor would have been required to pursuant to this section had Contractor obtained such insurance policies. As clarification, “The People of the State of New York” means the State of New York and its subsidiary governmental entities. This is the name in which the State, as a governmental entity, enters into contracts, takes title to property, and initiates legal actions. Using the term “People” does not mean that the insurer is insuring all residents of New York State; rather, it means that the State government is being insured.

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.
