To be considered approved, all legal proceedings that could halt or delay the Project must have run their course and DOT&PF must have received FHWA approval to move into final design on a build alternative. Execution and Implementation of this PA is evidence that FHWA and DOT&PF have consulted with the Signatories on the Sterling Highway MP 45 to 60 Project, and have taken into account the Undertaking's effects on historic properties in accordance with their Section 106 responsibilities.
