Collection Responsibility. The Reinsured and the CNA Insurers shall, if reasonably requested by the Reinsurer, cooperate with the Reinsurer, at the Reinsurer’s expense, in collection of all amounts due in respect of the Reinsured Liabilities under the Third Party Reinsurance Agreements. The collection of such reinsurance shall be the responsibility of the Reinsurer as provided in the Administrative Services Agreement. To the extent such collections are not in fact made, the amounts uncollected shall not serve to reinstate remaining Ultimate Net Loss as provided in Section 2.3. The Reinsured shall not have any responsibility to the Reinsurer for any uncollectible amounts under Third Party Reinsurance Agreements.
