Code Use. You acknowledge that You have only a lease to use the **Me Code and do not have proprietary ownership interest in the **Me Code. You will not take any action to acquire any trademark, trade name or trade dress rights in **Me Code. You have no—and cannot gain any (for example, through publication, use, etc.)—proprietary, ownership, or other rights to any **Me Code, and AT&T reserves the right to reclaim any **Me Code on behalf of its collaborators, suppliers and licensors at any time.
Code Use. Once you have been notified that you have been accepted into the Program, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the duration of the term of this Agreement, solely for purposes of facilitating referrals to the FillAnyPdf Site. We will provide you with guidelines and graphical artwork to use in marketing the FillAnyPdf Site. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with a unique URL. You must ensure that each potential customer uses this URL when signing up for their FillAnyPdf account. You will earn referral fees only when this URL is used; we will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you or any potential customer to use your URL, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts that would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement. Your participation in the Program constitutes your specific and unconditional consent to and authorization for our access to, receipt, storage, use, and disclosure of any and all such information, consistent with the policies and procedures set forth in the Privacy Notice on the FillAnyPdf Site. Except for the license granted under this Section 2, you do not obtain any rights under this Agreement in any intellectual property, including, without limitation, any intellectual property with respect to the XxxxXxxXxx.xxx website.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Building Safety There shall be a Labor/Management Committee concerning the safety of State Buildings. The Committee shall be made up of one representative from each of the following bargaining units: Representing Labor - Administrative Services; Operations, Maintenance and Support Services; Law Enforcement; Professional and Technical Services; Supervisory Services; Institutional Services; and State Police Unit and an equal number of management representatives selected by the Governor.
