Common use of Classifications of Employees Clause in Contracts

Classifications of Employees. Notwithstanding the provisions in D 1 below, an employee may bid on more than one concurrent job posting at a time. If he is the senior qualified bidder, as defined in Article 3, on more than one position, he shall have the right to choose which to accept, without penalty. Except for Special Postings, Eemployees shall be restricted from bidding for one (1) year after the commencement of their probationary period.
