City’s Representatives. The CITY hereby designates the City Manager or Designee (hereinafter, the "CITY Representatives") to act as its representatives for the performance of this Agreement. The City Manager shall be the chief CITY Representative. The CITY Representatives or their designee shall act on behalf of the CITY for all purposes under this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall not accept directions or orders from any person other than the CITY Representatives or their designee.
City’s Representatives. 8.4.1.1 City designates the individual listed below as the City’s Senior Representative, which individual has the authority and responsibility for resolving disputes under Division 8.2.3: Xx.
