Changes to Building. Landlord hereby reserves the right at any time and from time to time to make changes, alterations or additions to the Building or to the Property. Tenant shall not, in such event, claim or be allowed any damages for injury or for inconvenience occasioned thereby and shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease.

Changes to Building. The Landlord hereby reserves the right at any time and from time to time to make changes in, additions to, subtractions from or rearrangements of the Building including, without limitation, all improvements at any time thereon, all entrances and exits thereto, and to grant, modify and terminate easements or other agreements pertaining to the use and maintenance of all or parts of the Building and to make changes or additions to the pipes, conduits, utilities and other necessary building services in the Leased Premises which serve other premises, provided that prior to the commencement of the Term, the Landlord may alter or relocate the Leased Premises to the extent found necessary by the Landlord to accommodate changes in construction design or facilities including major alterations and relocations. The Landlord agrees that in performing such alterations, it shall do so in a manner so as to minimize any material interference with the Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Leased Premises. The Landlord shall not have the right to relocate the Leased Premises.
Changes to Building. Landlord may at its option make any repairs, alterations, additions or improvements that Landlord may deem necessary or advisable for the preservation, safety or improvement of the Building, so long as Tenant has reasonable access to the Premises. Landlord shall have the right from time to time without thereby creating an actual or constructive eviction or incurring any liability to Tenant, to renovate, repair, replace, and/or change the arrangement or location of any of the following: sidewalks, terraces, landscaping, loading and/or delivery areas, parking areas, lobbies, entrances, passageways, doors and doorways, corridors, stairs, toilets and other common areas of the Building, mechanical, cooling, heating, ventilation, security, electrical, lighting, plumbing and other systems servicing the Building, and other similar common service portions of the Building Complex. Landlord shall incur no liability to Tenant, nor shall Tenant be entitled to any abatement of Rent on account of any noise, vibration, or other disturbance to Tenant's business in the Premises (provided that Tenant is not denied access to the Premises) that shall arise out of the performance by Landlord of any aforesaid improvements or renovations at or to the Building Complex. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts (which shall not include any obligation to employ labor at overtime rates) to avoid disruption of Tenant's business during any such renovations. In no event shall Landlord permanently diminish any service, change the arrangement or location of the elevators serving the Premises, make any change that diminishes the area of the Premises, or make any change that alters the character of the Building from a first-class building. Landlord may change the name of the Building at any time.
Changes to Building. Landlord hereby reserves the right at any time and from time to time to make changes or alterations to the Building or to the Property provided such changes or alterations do not materially interfere with Tenant’s ability to conduct business or materially adversely affect Tenant’s rights hereunder. Tenant shall not, in such event, claim or be allowed any damages for injury, eviction (constructive or actual) or inconvenience occasioned thereby and shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or receive an abatement of any amounts payable under this Lease, provided, however, that in the event such changes or alterations materially adversely interfere with Tenant’s access to or use of the Leased Premises for a period of at least three (3) consecutive business days, Basic Annual Rent shall be thereafter be abated during the period of such interference. In connection with any of the foregoing activities of Landlord, Landlord shall use reasonable efforts while conducting such activities to minimize any interference with Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises.
Changes to Building. Full right and liberty at any time after the date of this Lease to alter, raise the height of or rebuild the Building excluding the Premises in such manner as the Landlord shall think fit notwithstanding the fact that the same may obstruct, affect or interfere with the amenity of or access to the Premises or the passage of light and air to the Premises. Provided that any works which the Landlord carries out under this Clause shall not result in a breach of the Key Parameters, or any of them.
Changes to Building. Landlord may, at any time, without the same constituting an eviction of Tenant or entitling Tenant to any abatement of rent, and without otherwise incurring liability to Tenant, and without any effect on any of Tenant's obligations under this lease, change the arrangement and/or location of (including the closing off of) public entrances, passageways, doors, doorways, corridors, elevators, stairs, toilets or other parts of the Building, provided that in so doing, Landlord does not deny Tenant reasonable means of access to the Demised Premises for the conduct of Tenant's business.

Tenant shall not, in such event, claim or be allowed any damages for injury or inconvenience occasioned thereby and shall not be entitle to terminate this Lease. Provided, however, that in the event that such alterations, changes or additions create undue interference with the Tenant's operations, Landlord agrees to give Tenant adequate written notice of such work, and agrees to provide Tenant with alternate, temporary space suitable for the maintenance of its operations.
