Common use of Change of Status Clause in Contracts

Change of Status. Part-Time to Full-Time In the event that an employee’s status is changed from part-time to full-time service, his/her seniority shall be converted into the full-time equivalent, using a conversion factor of seven (7) hours worked equals one (l) day.
