Change of Company Name. On the Closing Date, Purden Lake shall approve to change its company name from Purden Lake Resource Corp. to China Baicaotang Medicine Limited.

Change of Company Name. Within 30 days of the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall cause the name of the Company to be changed to a name that does not contain the word “Oclaro” or any other trademark of, or is confusingly similar to the name of, the Seller or any of its Affiliates.

The Employer agrees that in the event of a change of name being made for the Employer’s Company, the Employer will notify the Union in writing, specifying the new Company name. Change of Company Name. On or before January 3, 2007, Buyer will change the name of the Company to any name which does not include the name “BUCA” or “Buca di Beppo” (or anything confusingly similar to “BUCA” or “Buca di Beppo”).

Purchaser further agrees that for each day following the Name Change Date that the Company’s name change is not effective, Purchaser shall pay Seller Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) per day by direct bank wire to the Seller; provided, however, that such payment shall not be required for any period after Purchaser has in good faith taken all commercially reasonable actions necessary to effect the name change and the delay in finalizing the name change is due to regulatory review by FINRA.
Change of Company Name. Each of Buyer and the Company undertakes and agrees that promptly after the Closing, it will take all actions necessary to change the name of the Company to delete the use of the name "Forest", any derivative thereof and/or any logos or trademarks related thereto by sixty (60) days after Closing.
