Change in mode of employment. Before an employee changes his or her mode of employment, for example from casual to permanent, full time to part time etc, the employee will be provided in writing with how the change will affect the employee’s accrued entitlements and whether the employee has a right to return to their former mode of employment.

  • SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT (a) If an employee is discharged by the Employer, he shall be paid in full for all monies owing to him by the Employer on the date of his discharge.

  • Continuation of Employment This Agreement shall not confer upon the Participant any right to continue employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any way with the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ right to terminate the Participant’s employment at any time. The Participant’s employment shall continue to be on an “at-will” basis.

  • Nature of Employment Executive's employment with the Company shall be at-will. Both Executive and the Company shall have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice.
