Certified Statement. The Guarantor and the Lender each agree that they will, at any time and from time to time, within ten (10) days following the reasonable request of the other, execute and deliver to the other a statement certifying that this Guaranty is unmodified and in full force and effect (or if modified, that the same is in full force and effect as modified and stating such modifications).

Certified Statement. As of the date of this Agreement, MTP-South Tower shall execute a certified statement for the benefit of Aetna, reflecting: 9.2.1 the rent roll for the Project, which shall include the names of all tenants, a description of all leases and amendments, rent, notice addresses, any outstanding landlord obligations, a statement of whether any such defaults or disputes exist thereunder; and 9.2.2 a statement reflecting the extent of trade payables of MTP-South Tower, real estate taxes on the Project (and the status of the appeal thereof), leasing commissions due, if any and any other material obligations of MTP-South Tower. Such certified statement shall constitute representations and warranties of MTP-South Tower, but the provisions of Section 11.8 shall apply to the liability of MTP-South Tower and the Equity Owners of MTP-South Tower in connection with any breach thereof or misrepresentation therein. Such certified statement shall be transmitted to Chicago Title pursuant to the Recording Instructions, for delivery to Aetna on the Effective Date.

Certified Statement. 20 By July 31stFebruary 28th of each year during the Term hereof, BUREAUVISIT 21 ANAHEIM shall furnish to CITY a statement in writing, certified by BUREAUVISIT 22 ANAHEIM and a Certified Public Accountant to be correct, showing in detail how the funds 23 received pursuant to this Agreement for the prior VISIT ANAHEIM fiscal year including, but 24 not limited to, Marketing Component Funds were expended and whether the funds were 25 expended for a purpose authorized by this Agreement.

Certified Statement. You must submit certified statement(s) (signed by an authorized individual and notarized) for each payment request; the statement, in the form acceptable to the Commissioner, must list the following for you and for each Subcontractor and supplier for the period for which payment is requested: (1) the name and business address of the particular Subcontractor or supplier; (2) description of the work performed and/or product supplied; (3) indication of whether the Subcontractor or supplier is an MBE, WBE, or a non-certified firm. (4) the total amount of the particular subcontract; (5) the amount previously paid to the Subcontractor and the dates paid; (6) the amount of the monthly pay request you will pay to each individual Subcontractor and/or supplier from payments you receive on the request, and the dates those amounts were invoiced or requested by the Subcontractor or supplier; (7) the balance remaining under the subcontract to complete the Work.

Certified Statement. 6 By July 31st of each year during the Term hereof, BUREAU shall furnish to 7 CITY a statement in writing, certified by BUREAU and a Certified Public Accountant to be 8 correct, showing in detail how the funds received pursuant to this Agreement including, but not 9 limited to, Marketing Component Funds were expended and whether the funds were expended 10 for a purpose authorized by this Agreement.

Certified Statement. Upon payment of any royalties, as specified in Section 4.2.5 of this Lease, Lessee shall submit a statement certifying the accuracy of any documented reports submitted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Such reports may be in the form of utility invoices and/or meter readings to the extent they are relevant to actual Commercial Production. Power lost during transmission to the grid should never be included.
