Privilege Fees definition

Privilege Fees means fees payable to Authority by Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement.
Privilege Fees means as ascribed in Article 5.1.
Privilege Fees means the amount of money owed by Concessionaire to County, pursuant to Article IV herein, for the right to operate its concession business at the Airport, which fee shall be the greater of the "Minimum Annual Guarantee" (as hereinafter defined), or the Percentage Fee.

  • Within 60 days after the end of each 12-month period during the term of this Agreement, Company will furnish a certified statement to Authority, signed by a responsible officer of Company, containing a list of the Gross Receipts by month used to compute the Privilege Fees and other payments made to Authority as shown on the books and records of Company during the period covered by the statement.

Privilege Fees means fees payable to the County by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to or referred to in Section 3.01.
