Within 60 days after the end of each 12-month period during the term of this Agreement, Company will furnish a certified statement to Authority, signed by a responsible officer of Company, containing a list of the Gross Receipts by month used to compute the Privilege Fees and other payments made to Authority as shown on the books and records of Company during the period covered by the statement.
