CARPET CARE. Tenant agrees to maintain carpet with regular vacuuming. If liquid is spilled on the carpet, Tenant agrees to immediately blot the spot with a clean cloth and to consult with Landlord for further cleaning instructions. Tenant agrees not to use carpet cleaning machines that add water to the carpet, as most consumer equipment can not adequately remove water that goes into the carpet and more damage is likely to result.

CARPET CARE. To reduce damage and preserve the appearance of your carpet, you must vacuum frequently (we recommend at least weekly). Please call us immediately for special instructions and assistance in handling carpet stains or damage.
CARPET CARE. Cleaning and maintenance to keep carpet reasonably free of all stains, soil, and dirt. Methods used for carpet care are vacuum cleaners and carpet shampooers.

CARPET CARE. Tenant shall provide and maintain hard surface protective mats under all desk chairs, which are equipped with casters to avoid excessive wear and tear to carpeting. If Tenant fails to provide such mats, the cost of carpet repair or replacement made necessary by such excessive wear and tear shall be charged to and paid for by Tenant.
CARPET CARE. The carpets in the residence will have been professionally cleaned before you take possession. Gull Isle Realty Rentals will have them professionally cleaned by a company with a truck-mounted system when you vacate. An invoice from the cleaning company will be proof of this. The cost of the cleaning will be deducted from your deposit (no exceptions).

  • Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center. For other services, such as surgery or diagnostic tests, the amount that you pay is based on the type of service being provided. See Summary of Medical Benefits for details. Follow-up care (such as suture removal or wound care) should be obtained from your primary care provider or specialist.

  • Patient Care Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care, under supervision, commensurate with Resident's level of advancement and responsibility.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Continuum of Care An Orange County group composed of representatives of relevant organizations that serve homeless and formerly homeless persons that are organized to plan for and provide, as necessary, a system of services to address the various needs of homeless persons and persons at risk of homelessness.

  • Hospice Care If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your physician not to continue with a curative treatment program, this plan covers hospice care services received in your home, in a skilled nursing facility, or in an inpatient facility.

  • Office Visits (other than Preventive Care Services) This plan covers office and clinic visits to diagnose or treat a sickness or injury. Office visit copayments differ depending on the type of provider you see. This plan covers physician visits in your home if you have an injury or illness that: • confines you to your home; or • requires special transportation; and • because of this injury or illness, you are physically unable to travel to the provider’s
