Cancellation of a Firm Order. Prior to the cancellation of a Firm Order and prior to the start of dispensing, the parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to agree to revise the Firm Order. Revisions to Firm Orders may be requested a maximum of once per calendar quarter, if a Firm Order cannot be revised and is cancelled, the Client will pay Patheon the Price set forth in the Firm Order.
