Batches Clause Samples

The Batches clause defines how goods, services, or deliverables are to be provided in separate, identifiable groups or installments rather than all at once. In practice, this means that a supplier may deliver products in multiple shipments, or a project may be completed in phases, with each batch subject to its own acceptance or review process. This clause helps manage logistics, quality control, and payment schedules by breaking down large obligations into manageable parts, thereby reducing risk and ensuring smoother project execution.
