Canadian Citizenship. 17.01 The Employer agrees to allow all seniority Employees time off work to attend Citizenship Court to be personally sworn in as a Canadian Citizen. Time lost as a consequence shall be reimbursed at the Employees regular hourly rate (including gratuities which otherwise would have been earned) up to eight (8) hours upon verification of their attendance.
