Common use of Call-In Pay/Court Pay Clause in Contracts

Call-In Pay/Court Pay. A member directed to work any portion of a tour of duty or appearance in court that is not contiguous with his/her regularly scheduled rate tour of duty shall be compensated for a minimum of two (2) hours of pay at the appropriate rate whether straight time or overtime. Any member on scheduled vacation or other approved leave including scheduled days off who is directed to work or required to appear in court on such day shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of pay at the appropriate rate whether straight or overtime.
