Common use of Board Agendas Clause in Contracts

Board Agendas. The District shall make every effort to provide CSEA at a regularly scheduled LMC meeting all classified personnel items prior to the Board of Trustees approving such classified personnel items. A classified personnel item that is received subsequent to the LMC meeting will be sent electronically to each member of LMC prior to the Board of Trustees approving such classified personnel items. CSEA shall receive a copy of the agenda, minutes, and Board reports of regular Board meetings electronically in advance of any Board meetings.
